MS Access downfall

I will not be using this program for the sole reason that it is posting data to MS Access. I am looking for something more scalable - MySQL for instance.
Another thing that I was interested in out of the box was server wide statistic reporting. All reports seem to be linked directly to the domain level with no option for combining results into a conglomerate report.
It is useful for allowing site owners to view their own site information. I like the composite use of log files and script records.
